So the music’s monotonous and the story’s a mess. Tommy Tune nonetheless offers splendid choreography in this glittery show recalling the MGM movie that starred Greta Garbo as a run-down Russian ballerina in Weimar Berlin’s most elegant hotel. John Schneider (The Dukes of Hazzard) plays the dashing baron. B
