Ronna Reeves, a pint-size Texan, specializes in the sassy school of country angst on her debut release Only the Heart. But even with such feisty tunes as ”Sayin’ You’re Wrong Don’t Make It Right,” Reeves never really cuts loose with the power she needs to lift her above the pack — a fault more of her producers than of the spunky singer herself.
