A harmless Harmon doesn’t cut it as serial killer Ted Bundy, and the rest of The Deliberate Stranger isn’t all that sharp either. The clunky dialogue, anachronistic gaffes, and stalker-movie clichés may be good for a couple of laughs — but at almost 3.5 hours, a movie needs more than occasional comic relief. C-
