Lone Justice II

Genre: Western; Starring: Brad Johnson, Wes Studi; MPAA Rating: PG-13

Back in the ’60s, unwitting moviegoers paid good money to find themselves watching two hours of reedited episodes of The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Now video viewers have to look out for rentals like Lone Justice II, an unacknowledged repackaging of a 93-minute chunk from a CBS miniseries. Fortunately, though, this is a thoughtful Western, in which the reliably heroic Brad Johnson (Always) stars as a gunslinger who takes on a psychotic family that’s terrorizing his hometown. Even though the tape leaves a few plot points unresolved, at least you know that Lone Justice III is already in the can. B
