THE HOLIDAY SEASON was very, very good to Martha Stewart. Not only was she celebrated on 60 Minutes, she also starred in her own prime-time special on CBS. And while her reputation may soon take a hit — a reported less-than-flattering unauthorized biography is in the works — don’t expect some dirty dishing to derail the Stewart juggernaut. Case in point: The Martha Stewart Cookbook, which landed at No. 9, may serve up leftovers with its previously published recipes, but it seems that when it comes to sauteeing, slicing, and simmering, Stewart’s style is rarely half-baked.
