We gave it a B+

High School High is a super-fine overview of current R&B disguised as a soundtrack. The artists range from the eloquently ominous RZA of the Wu Tang Clan to the amusingly vulgar Li’l Kim, while the music manages to encompass both a hip-hop cover of Queen’s ”Bohemian Rhapsody” (by the Braids) and the Braxtons’ smooth ballad ”So Many Ways.” All this, plus Quad City DJs’ novelty smash ”C’Mon and Ride It (The Train).” Get on board.
