Welcome to the weird mind of Caroline Walker (Parker), who is undergoing hypnosis to learn why she killed her husband (Smits) — if, in fact, she did. That mystery is the big tease of made-for-HBO psychothriller Murder In Mind. Yet the closer the convoluted plot takes us to the truth, the more maddeningly garbled it gets. This claptrap is so clunky right from the start that any sane person will be hitting rewind inside of 15 minutes. F
