Emmy voters’ mantra this year must have been, ”When in doubt, Xerox your old ballots.” The bright ‘n shiny new ”Sopranos” walked away with only two statues, while old winners dominated the night, with Helen Hunt and Dennis Franz taking home their fourth Emmys, and John Lithgow and David Hyde Pierce each nabbing their third.
