We gave it a B+

Though she’s never achieved the stardom of Ronstadt or Raitt, both of whom covered her songs, Bonoff’s sensitive songwriting and aching, crystalline singing consistently transcended her ’70s soft-rock milieu. While much of this 16-track set suffers from thin, dated production, the emotional honesty of songs like ”If He’s Ever Near” and ”Goodbye My Friend” shines through. B+
