Caracara is a birdbrained thriller about an intricate game of hunter and prey; Jonathon Schaech’s hawk-like international assassin predictably fails to eliminate innocent witness, and raptor expert Natasha Henstridge. But he succeeds all too well in killing the cable flick’s only viable subplot — the cover-up of a violent attack on a South African village — with his laughable foreign accent and failed experiments in facial hair.
