The title screams ”New Age,” but this anthology of music for glass harmonica and other obscure crystalline instruments dating back to Mozart’s time offers historical curiosity value rather than mysticism. The performers — assembled by glass aficionado Linda Ronstadt, who also sings on a few tracks — are first-rate. One’s tolerance for the celestially pure tones, however, may wane over the course of a lengthy album.
