She was allegedly driving erratically on the Pacific Coast Highway when a motorist behind her called 911 on his cell phone, giving a play-by-play to police as he followed her for 5 miles, all the way to her home.

The ”Philly” star refused to take a field sobriety test or a breathalyzer test, actions that could result in the loss of her license for a year or more. The 40-year-old actress was booked and released, with a court date set for March 27. She faces a possible year in jail and up to $5,000 in fines….
Wesley Snipes is facing a paternity suit from a woman who is living with her baby on welfare and food stamps. Lanise Pettis, a 30-year-old Indiana woman, says she had an affair with Snipes two years ago that resulted in the birth of her son, now 11 months old. Snipes has not submitted to a paternity test or commented on the suit. The 39-year-old actor and his ex-wife April have a 13-year-old son, Jelani, about whom Snipes has said, ”It’s tough to be a good father.”
