Bill Murray made our list of America’s Top 10 comedians
He’s a god. Not THE god, but a god. Murray said it himself back in 1993’s ”Groundhog Day,” one of last decade’s greatest films. No funny person is half as good at spinning both sides of the coin: At his best, from ”Stripes” and ”Ghostbusters” to ”Rushmore” and ”Lost in Translation,” he’s simultaneously ridiculous and serious, stinging and stung.
We laughed at His Golden Globes speech, one of the best acceptances in history. Won’t you wonder forever what he might’ve said at the Oscars?
