In a suit filed Jan. 21 in NYC, Chanti Nieves claims HBO’s Family Bonds used her image without permission in an episode in which cast members said she sexually aroused them. L.A. county sheriffs are investigating Paris Hilton, 23, for allegedly stealing a copy of her own sex tape, 1 Night in Paris, from a West Hollywood newsstand Dec. 15. No charges have been filed.
