Warren Beatty, 68, filed a $30 million breach-of-contract suit against Tribune Media Services over ownership of the Dick Tracy franchise. According to the suit, Beatty bought the rights to Tracy for his 1990 film but was required to return them at the company’s request under several conditions, which the actor claims were not met. Beatty is asking the court to confirm that he has the right to make another Tracy movie.
