Look, I’m probably not the right person to ask about who ought to be playing the title character in Joss Whedon’s big-screen adaptation of Wonder Woman. (Two words: Lynda. Carter.) But this much I know: Lindsay Lohan is not the right woman to don the satin tights and fight for our rights, despite the fact that she recently told OK! magazine that she thinks the role would be ”cool.” C’mon, can you really picture Lohan’s dainty wrists holding up the iconic bullet-deflecting cuffs? Wonder Woman needs to be played by someone a little more Amazonian. My colleague Gary Susman was thinking Anne Hathaway, and while that’s a pretty inspired choice, I think Liv Tyler’s another name that ought to be on Whedon’s list.

Am I on to something, or have any of you got better casting suggestions? Don’t make me break out my golden lasso. You know I’ve got one, yo!
