”Sir! The drill instructor looks fabulous in his uniform!” shouts an embarrassed Jake Gyllenhaal in a scene from 2005’s Jarhead. Frankly, Jake didn’t look so bad, either. Now you can own a green T-shirt worn by Gyllenhaal while shooting the movie. Not that you might’ve seen it — the seller says it may have been worn beneath his combat uniform. The shirt — presumably washed — comes with a certificate of authenticity. (Opening bid $99.99, sale ends March 4)

If you happen to be a director of a medium-to-large size opera company and are a fan of Bizet, then we may have a deal for you. The Boston Lyric Opera is offering the set they used during their 2002 production of ”Carmen on the Common.” The elegantly spare set — designed by Erhard Rom — can fit on any stage at least 50 feet across and 42 feet deep. (We’d make an offer to put this in our employee lounge, but then we’d have no space for our pool table or mechanical bull.) The frugal buyer will want to bring his or her own 48-foot truck (recommended) up to Brockton, MA — and avoid an estimated $1,500 shipping cost. (Sale ends March 8, opening bid is $1,500)

The late Carl Wilson sang lead vocals on many of the Beach Boy’s best songs — in fact, his heart-piercing contribution to ”God Only Knows” is one of the major reasons we think the song offers irrefutable proof of a Supreme Being. He also was the band’s lead guitarist. You can bid on a guitar pick that once belonged to Wilson (the red piece of plastic has the Beach Boys logo on one side, and his name on the other). Here’s an opportunity to purchase a piece of rock history. And you won’t need a truck to take it home. (Sale ends March 11, opening bid is $35)
