Tunes from TV commercials

EW names that tune you keep hearing in a commercial

1. KOHL’S
Rocker Ben Lee’s ’06 ditty ”We’re All in This Together” provides the sweet accompaniment to the store’s whimsical, windblown ad — polka dots flying off dresses, kites bobbing in the sky.

2. MITSUBISHI
What better soundtrack to a girls’ night out than dance outfit The Go! Team? Their cheerleading, hand-clappy ’07 single ”Doing It Right” propels the drive-time action in this car clip.

3. PAYLESS
In a foot-centric rush of images, the shoe company reaches back to ’87 by selling its wares to the strains of rollicking indie-pop song ”Happy All the Time,” by U.K.’s The Flatmates.

4. WASHINGTON MUTUAL
Twisted Sister’s ’84 metal anthem ”I Wanna Rock” leads a balding man to freedom (and sudden hair growth) as he takes off in a convertible, thanks to easy banking.
