VH1's trash TV made our Must List -- so what made yours?

My Must List this week is sponsored by VH1’s so-trashy-it’s-brilliant reality tv schedule. Though I’ve long been a fan of the bandana’ed one and his Rock of Love, I’ve been wary of finding a new brain-rotting show to waste time on since I watch way too much TV already. That changed this weekend after I marathoned a batch of Tool Academy episodes saved up on my friend’s DVR – the show’s been occupying my consciousness ever since. Tool Academy, in which doormat girlfriends try to rehabilitate their selfish a-hole boyfriends, comes in a close second to I Love Money in the VH1 Reality Shows with Brutally Honest Names awards (presented by yours truly), and it embodies the reason I watch reality TV: addictive in that I-hate-myself-for-it-but-I-can’t-tear-my-eyes-from-it kind of way. I’ve included the trailer below, though I don’t think it fully captures the truly x-treme douchey aura emanating from the TV screen every time I flip on the show (it smells like a combination of hair gel and Axe body spray).
