Michael Jackson is suing an LA auction house in an effort to stop a scheduled sale of thousands of his personal items, the Associated Press reports. The singer’s company, MJJ productions, filed suit in LA Superior Court Wednesday against Julien’s Auction House. The suit claims that the auction house failed to provide Jackson an inventory list of all the items to be auctioned, as promised. Last month, Jackson announced that he planned to auction off 2,000 of his personal effects in April, including the American Music Award he won for “Thriller,” a basketball signed by Michael Jordan, and a Rolls-Royce.
