Ratings: Lakers vs. Magic trumps Tonys

Game 2 of the NBA Finals’ Orlando vs. Los Angeles matchup boosted ABC to a Sunday-night ratings victory with 11.2 million viewers. But CBS’ Tonys coverage shined as well: The Neil Patrick Harris-hosted festivities charmed 7.5 million viewers – a modest number, to be sure, but up 19 percent over last year’s show and the awards gala’s biggest audience in three years.
