Katherine Jackson gets full custody of Michael's three children; Rowe gets visitation

A lawyer representing Katherine Jackson told The Early Show this morning that she will receive full custody of Michael Jackson’s three children. L Londell McMillian also said that the issue of Debbie Rowe, the mother of two of the children, would be detailed in a forthcoming announcement.

EW.com UPDATE: The Associated Press is offering further details of the agreement reached between Michael Jackson’s family and Debbie Rowe, the mother of his two oldest children, Prince and Paris. The deal keeps intact wishes detailed in the late pop star’s 2002 will, which –while giving Katherine Jackson full custody– will let Rowe visit with both kids in sessions to be supervised by a child psychologist. Rowe will not be financially compensated in any way, according to the terms of the deal.
