Juno director Jason Reitman has set up a new production company, Right of Way Films, Variety reports. The Los Angeles-based company has a development partnership with billionaire Steven Rales’ financing and production company Indian Paintbrush.

Reitman had shut down his former production company, Hard C, a few months ago. Reitman will plan to direct most of Right of Way’s projects, but some could just be producing projects. The slate includes new scripts by mumble core veterans The Duplass Brothers and Rachel Getting Married writer Jenny Lumet. Meanwhile, Reitman’s next film, Up in The Air starring George Clooney, will premiere at September’s Toronto International Film Festival.
