Parlez-vous le rock Francais? Parisian teenage quartet the Wallpapers (they range in age from 15 to 17) may not speak English as a first language, but the jeunes garcons fake it surprisingly well on their upcoming debut album, produced by David Kahne (the Strokes, Kelly Clarkson, Paul McCartney).
