'2012' destined for acting Oscars thanks to this clip

Last week, Sony released an extended clip from the movie 2012, in which Los Angeles gets destroyed like it’s never been destroyed before. It was a rather virtuoso sequence that actually made me a bit excited to see the whole film, but for one YouTube user, the clip just didn’t cut it. Here, for your enjoyment, is the same clip reedited to highlight the film’s non-CGI performances by John Cusack, Amanda Peet, a couple of screaming kids, and one surprise guest at the end:
