Tuesday ratings: 'Idol' wins again

Ratings powerhouse American Idol again dominated its competition, but the audience dropped by about 2 million viewers from last week’s episodes. NCIS was a solid – if much older – second, while Biggest Loser picked up viewers in every half-hour. ABC’s comedies continued to struggle, and Fox’s new Human Target lost nearly 3 million viewers between its first and second half.
