Thursday ratings: Vancouver games skate to another win

It was another big night for NBC: Coverage of the Vancouver games continued to dominate in the ratings, averaging 25 million viewers for the night and topping out in the 9:30-10 p.m. slot with over 28 million viewers. From 8:30 onward, NBC in more eyeballs than the rest of the other networks combined. New episodes of Survivor, Grey’s Anatomy, and Private Practice suffered against the Olympics, but it was newcomers The Deep End and Past Life that really tasted the agony of defeat.
