Short-track speed skater Apolo Ohno appeared on last night’s Tonight Show with Jay Leno, looking good sans bling ‘n’ bandana. Even the weird vase behind him has its eyes bugged out at his Olympic Stud-liness. The best part is when Chelsea Handler chimes in, seemingly out of nowhere, with “You’re familiar with 40 seconds, right, Jay?” Not surprisingly, Apolo predicts Evan Lysacek will do well on Dancing with the Stars. “Pamela Anderson’s a little top-heavy,” he points out. (Seriously, how is that one gonna manage a closed hold?)

I think Jay’s Leno-ness rubbed off on Apolo with that joke about the one advantage of being in the back of the pack during a race. You can tell Apolo wishes he was being interviewed by me about Dancing with the Stars instead. Or better yet, Chelsea Handler. If you can stomach it, check out the skeeze factor during Chelsea’s helicopter ride with Jay – she suggests he’d like to be the dog between her legs on the cover of Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang, and he fires back, “That’s where I’m gonna be if you wanna get out of this helicopter.” Okay, see you guys later – I have to go take another shower.
