Danny Glover arrested during labor union protest in Maryland

Lethal Weapon actor Danny Glover, along with 11 others, was arrested yesterday during a labor union protest in Maryland, according to the AP. The group was protesting outside the headquarters of Sodexho, a food service company which they claim treats its workers unfairly. Police say that Glover and the group crossed yellow police tape and were arrested after refusing to step back. Those who were arrested were issued citations for trespassing and released, and they face a $1,000 fine or 90 days in jail. Glover’s rep told the AP that the actor had no comment.
