Dierks Bentley is releasing his shiny new bluegrass-influenced album Up On the Ridge this coming Tuesday, June 8. Here on the Music Mix, we’ve got your exclusive preview of three songs. This is Song Two. [Go back to Song One.]Country star
Today’s offering, “Fallin’ for You,” was written by Shawn Camp and Paul Kennerley, with background vocals from former SteelDriver Chris Stapleton. If you thought yesterday’s track (“Draw Me a Map,” with Alison Krauss) was all fiddley and achey in the best possible way, you might like this one, too – but it’s got a little more stomp to it. Let us know what you think in the comments! And come back Monday for the final preview track, on which Dierks, Jamey Johnson, and Miranda Lambert discuss their vices.
