Image Credit: Al Pereira/WireImage.comThe Swell Season have responded to the apparent suicide of a man at their concert in Saratoga last night by posting a statement on their facebook page. “The band, crew and all involved with them are shocked and saddened by the death that occurred at last night’s show,” the message says. “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the deceased, his family and friends.”

According to SF Weekly, the man jumped from a roof and fell approximately three stories to the stage, landing just a few feet from singer Glen Hansard.
