A week before the release of The Social Network, and just in time for the public education-themed Waiting for ‘Superman,Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has agreed to donate $100 million to the aid of the notably distressed school system of Newark, N.J., the New York Times reports. Zuckerberg, New Jersey governor Chris Christie, and Newark mayor, Cory A. Booker are scheduled to appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show tomorrow to officially announce the philanthropic arrangement.
