'TMZ': Viewers get three more years of Harvey Levin and Co.

Harvey-Levin-TMZ

Harvey-Levin-TMZIt’s now 2011, which is great. But that’s still pretty far off from 2014, which might be bad, because syndicated tabloid series TMZ just got renewed for three more years. So you’re going to have to wait until 2014 for your TV programming guide to be free from the love-it-or-hate-it syndicated gossip series, which is hosted by Harvey Levin and centers on the allure of celeb-chasing paparazzi on Sunset Boulevard.

Warner Bros. Domestic TV Distribution has renewed the show on Fox stations covering 75 percent of the country. The show has been a success for the company since launching in 2007: It currently ranks No. 2 in adults 18-49 among all syndicated news-magazine shows.
