Lindsay Lohan is not expected to accept a plea deal from prosecutors when she goes before a Los Angeles Court judge this morning, according to the AP. Lohan has pleaded not guilty to stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store on Jan. 22. On Feb. 23, the judge warned Lohan that any such plea agreement would result in her spending time in jail.
