Lady Gaga spends fifth week topping Billboard hot 100 singles chart

The Billboard hot 100 singles chart’s top three artists remain in the same positions they rested in last week. Lady Gaga stays on top at No. 1 for the fifth time in as many weeks with “Born This Way.” Cee-Lo Green’s “F— You” is No. 2. And Rihanna’s “S&M” sits at No. 3.
