'I Don't Know How She Does It' trailer: Are you ready for Carrie Bradshaw with kids?

It’s tough to hear a Sarah Jessica Parker voiceover and not immediately think, “Sex and the City? Where??” But SJP’s latest project isn’t a third big-screen Sex outing – it’s an adaptation of Allison Pearson’s best-selling novel, I Don’t Know How She Does It, which follows a woman who simultaneously manages a hedge fund and her two young children.

The movie looks like it’ll hit the same chick flick sweet spot as other “work vs. personal life” films like The Devil Wears Prada – and, as a bonus, it co-stars Mad Men’s Christina Hendricks, who should probably be in every movie. (Hopefully, though, she has more to do in the final cut than she does in this trailer.) I Don’t Know is set to be released this September. Check out the clip below the cut.
