If you were one of the many who took actor/comedian Steve Harvey’s best-selling advice to Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man, the star will soon be sending some more pearls of wisdom your way soon via your television set. EW has confirmed that the author is developing a comedy-based talk show inspired by the 2009 book that will air in syndication through NBCUniversal Domestic Television Distribution.

Harvey, who is currently fielding issues on Family Feud and his popular syndicated radio program, will executive produce and host the show, which will aim to cover a variety of topics, including relationships, parenting, and body issues, while infusing his Kings of Comedy blend of humor to the mix.

The yet-to-be-titled talk show is scheduled to arrive on television by 2012, the same year that the big-screen adaptation of Act Like a Lady… is slated to be released in theaters.
