Daniel Radcliffe makes fans 'Scream' at 'Harry Potter' tribute -- SNEAK PEEK

When I say, “Harry,” you say, “Potter”: Harry! … Harry! Last night, the magical Daniel Radcliffe dropped by New York’s Lincoln Center to film a special Potter tribute for Spike TV’s upcoming 2011 Scream Awards. Cheering muggles piled in and led chants for The Boy Who (Played Harry Potter And) Lived. Accepting the Ultimate Scream and Best Fantasy Actor Awards (presented by Samuel L. Jackson), Radcliffe thanked all his fans for “the most incredible 10 years of my life on Harry Potter.” As an afterthought, he pointed out one fan in attendance, enthusing, “And that man there… has got the best Hagrid costume on I have ever seen, so well done, sir!”

The full tribute will air during the Spike TV Scream Awards on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 9 p.m. EDT.

Kudos to Nathan Vickers (pictured with friend Carson Stokebrand), who put together the Hagrid costume that impressed Radcliffe down to the pink umbrella.

Did this clip excite you, Potterheads? Or does seeing Dan make you miss Harry even more? Have you already thrown out your Halloween costume and started working up a Hagrid ensemble?
