'The Raven,' 'House at the End of the Street' release dates pushed back

(Larry Horricks)

EW has confirmed that The Raven, John Cusack’s Edgar Allan Poe: Serial Killer Hunter thriller, has been pushed back seven weeks from its original release date. The film – also starring Luke Evans, Alice Eve, Brendan Gleeson, and Downton Abbey’s Brendan Coyle – will now hit theaters on April 27. Likewise, Jennifer Lawrence and Elizabeth Shue’s ghostly new project House at the End of the Street has been delayed until Sept. 21, a full five months past its original April release date. Mark Tonderai (Hush) directed the project about a mother and daughter who move to a new town only to find out that grisly murders once occurred in the house next door.
