As expected, authorities have released the 911 call made from Demi Moore’s home prior to her hospitalization on Tuesday. On the 10-minute tape, an unidentified woman reveals information regarding what led to the actress’ need for medical aid. According to the recording, Moore began having convulsions after she “smoked something” similar to incense.

On Thursday, The Los Angeles Times reported that the city attorney’s office had recommended portions of the tape be redacted prior to its release. Any information released about her medical condition and any medications she might be taking could violate federal privacy laws.

When contacted about the 911 call, Moore’s reps issued the following statement: “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”

Moore split from husband Ashton Kutcher in November after reports of his infidelity surfaced.
