Remember that drama that was originally named The Tu-Tu, er, The 2-2 but then changed to NYC 22? Well, the show with the new name now has a start date.
The net has announced NYC 22, which they describe as a character-driven police drama, will bow on Sunday, April 15. The series that stars Terry Kinney, Adam Goldberg, Leelee Sobieski, Stark Sands, and Judy Marte follows six NYPD rookies as they patrol upper Manhattan. CBS’ take: “With unique backgrounds, personalities, and reasons for being on the force, the new cops will make their share of rookie mistakes while they figure out how to relate to their boss, each other, and the people they swore to protect.”
The drama replaces CSI: Miami, which will have completed its full run of episodes for the season.
