'Celebrity Apprentice': And the fired celebrity is...

Oh, that Donald Trump always has a twist up his sleeve, and he hit the Celebrity Apprentice contestants with a big one tonight. My full recap will be up at 2am (UPDATE: Click the link here to see Dalton’s full Celebrity Apprentice recap), but if you have already watched tonight’s episode and can’t wait to sound off on what happened and who went home, then read on for more. [SPOILER ALERT: Read on only if you have already watched Sunday’s episode of The Celebrity Apprentice.]

Project Managers Adam Carolla and Debbie Gibson faced off on a task that saw the teams having to create a 20-minute presentation and Q&A session for Buick. You read that last sentence correctly: racing car “legend” Michael Andretti decided he did not want to be Project Manager on a challenge involving automobiles, thereby rendering himself even more useless than initially feared. Although the women’s presentation featured the vocal stylings of Debbie Gibson, they were still able to defeat the men, whose show included one team member repeatedly yelling out at Adam how much he sucked. (I didn’t get it either.)

When Adam refused to bring any other players back into the Boardroom with him to face potential firing, Trump doubled down and fired both Carolla and Andretti — shocking both the contestants, viewers, and, no doubt, the M&M’s Chief Chocolate Officer as well. My full recap will be up soon, but you can sound off right now. Sad to see Adam go? Think the double firing was justified? Feeling vaguely violated by Clay Aiken’s talk of an erection?
