'American Idol': Eliminated Top 11 singer is....

A lof of us thought the answer would be “no one,” considering Top 12 contestant Jermaine Jones was disqualified last night. But one of the Top 11 remaining kiddies did head home on tonight’s American Idol results show, which featured performances by Daughtry and Demi Lovato and a Ford music video that could have easily doubled as an ad for Hi-C’s Ecto-Cooler. The eliminated singer is….

Shannon Magrane.

Erika Van Pelt and Elise Testone joined Shannon in the bottom three. (Erika had the second-least amount of viewer votes.)

Ryan also confirmed the judges will get to use a “save” this season. Any time from now until there are only five contestants left, Randy, J. Lo, and Steven can save a contestant from elimination. The judges used their season 10 save on Casey Abrams two weeks before presumed frontrunner Pia Toscano was eliminated.

Stay tuned for my full recap later on. Update: Here it is!
