Kate Upton's Zoo York ad deemed too racy for network television. Do you agree?

Everyone’s favorite 2012 Sports Illustrated cover girl Kate Upton is making waves on television… by looking hot. MTV and Adult Swim reportedly rejected a commercial for clothing company Zoo York, in which Upton can be seen jogging through Manhattan as a pair of foul-mouthed cockroaches profanely ogle the supermodel. Watch the uncensored Zoo York commercial below (WARNING: NSFW!).

The commercial will officially debut in early April – just not on MTV and Adult Swim, who banned the ad for “its use of ‘bleeped profanity’ and an image of Upton’s ‘erect nipple,’” according to New York Daily News. EW contacted both networks, but official reps could not be reached.

Meanwhile, Upton appears to be unperturbed by the dispute, telling the Daily News, “This was such a funny commercial! Who knew cockroaches were so racy and hilarious? Definitely a must-see!” Remember, this is a girl who only a month ago managed to turn a Carl’s Jr. cheeseburger into an aphrodisiac.

What do you think, PopWatchers? Is the commercial worth all the hullabaloo?
