How do you like your movie trailers? Rapidly paced, with big visual-effects shots, oblique hints at the main storyline, and lots of Inception fog-horns? Or a trailer that takes its time, spelling out the initial plot point that launches the story, while an eerie angelic voice sings in the background?

The former is the new U.S. trailer for Ridley Scott’s Prometheus. The latter is the new international trailer for the same film, which is embedded below. Check it out: 

So both trailers are pretty great, and while we could spend time explicating the archeological veracity of ancient civilizations that all appear to indicate contact with extra-terrestrial beings, I just want to know this: After watching both trailers, which one do you like better?
