Snoop Dogg detained for marijuana possession in Norway

Snoop Dogg was detained in Norway after allegedly entering the country with marijuana and a large amount of cash, the AP reports. A customs officer who spoke on condition of anonymity told the AP Thursday that Snoop Dogg, real name Calvin Broadus, was also carrying more cash than is legally allowed. He was fined 52,000 kroner ($8,600) for the incident. Snoop Dogg was arrested for marijuana possession in Texas this past January.
