Arnold Schwarzenegger has released a statement following the death of Sylvester Stallone’s son, Sage Stallone, MTV News reports.

“My thoughts and prayers are with Sly and his family. Sly has become a great friend over the past couple decades, and I know how important his children are to him. I want him to know that my family and I, and his fans all over the world, support him during this difficult time,” the Expendables 2 star said.

Sylvester Stallone’s 36-year-old son was found dead in his Los Angeles home. His attorney and friend George Braunstein told People that – despite reports – he didn’t believe drugs and alcohol were involved.

“Sage didn’t even drink,” Braunstein said. “There was a report that his room was filled with liquor bottles. Actually, they were empty bottles of Dr. Brown’s Cream Soda.”

“Sage was a really young, very sensitive, and very talented kid. There has been no indication that there was anything wrong in his life,” Brainstein added.
