Gym, tan, rebuild New Jersey?

It doesn’t have quite the same ring as GTL — but that’s the goal of the Jersey Shore cast’s upcoming “Restore the Shore” benefit, which airs tomorrow at 11 p.m. on MTV. The network just announced a slew of new details about the event, revealing that it’s no ordinary telethon.

Instead of urging viewers to call in their donations in hopes of speaking to a celebrity, “Restore the Shore” asks donors to send in money via their Indiegogo site. MTV stars from shows like Awkward, Teen Wolf, and, of course, Jersey Shore will then personally call donors during the fundraiser to thank them for their contributions. Anyone who donates at least $25 will receive a bundle of songs featured on Jersey Shore. All proceeds will go to Architecture for Humanity, a nonprofit that’s led rebuilding efforts in both post-Katrina New Orleans and post-2010 earthquake Haiti.

For a sneak peek at the event — which will also feature performances from Gym Class Heroes and American Idol winner Phillip Phillips — check out the following clip, in which Snooki surveys the damage to her beloved shore from a helicopter:
