If the recent media coverage has made you think that Kathryn Bigelow’s Zero Dark Thirty is just a good old-fashioned waterboardin’ action film, the film’s official final trailer just hit the internet, promising tense thrills, loud arguments in the CIA building, and climactic night-vision. More importantly, the film continues Kyle Chandler’s recent run of playing government functionaries with grody hair. (See also: Argo.) The trailer also features a more in-depth look at Jessica Chastain’s sure-to-be-nominated performance as Maya, the CIA agent who pursues Bin Laden throughout the movie. Watch the trailer:
