As if her upcoming wedding wasn’t already set to be stacked with enough country music royalty, Kelly Clarkson has added Blake Shelton to the roster – as her officiant.

Following her performance at Sunday night’s ACM Awards in Las Vegas, Clarkson revealed to Entertainment Tonight that Shelton will not only perform at her nuptials, he will conduct the ceremony as well.

Clarkson announced her engagement to talent manager Brandon Blackstock, who represents Shelton, in December. Blackstock’s father, famed country music manager Narvel Blackstock, reps Clarkson. Narvel’s wife and Brandon’s stepmother is country legend Reba McEntire, one of Kelly’s musical heroes.

Got that? So while many fear their future mothers-in-law, Clarkson has the distinct pleasure of having performed a CMT Crossroads special with hers. The pair even recorded a duet version of Clarkson’s hit “Because of You” in 2007 as the lead single for McEntire’s Reba: Duets album.
